Firstly take a blue chart paper and folded it.

Paste the white chart paper in the blue chart paper.

How to make a Halloween card:
Step 1:
First, pick the white chart paper and folded it.
Step 2:
Paste the black paper on the white on with the help of glue. (make sure the size of black paper is one inch small).
Step 3:
Now paste the printed paper on the black paper. (make sure the size of the printed paper is one inch small).
Step 4:
Draw a pumpkin with the orange paper and paste it on the lower-left corner of the chart paper.
